PROCESSING TIMES:
Once our return processing team is handling your return parcel and exchange/return request, you will receive an email notification from us.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and are shipped within 2-4 business days. (Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.) Due to Covid-19, disruption as well as some other natural hazards, please anticipate possible delays.
Any customs fee or taxes attached to your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
CANADIAN SHIPPING:
Standard shipping within Canada is FREE for orders above $100CAD. Shipments typically take 5-7 business days for delivery when the purchase is processed. Due to Covid-19, disruption, please anticipate possible delays.
EXPRESS CANADIAN SHIPPING:
Express shipping within Canada is a $20 flat rate or estimate calculated at checkout.
USA SHIPPING
Standard shipping to the US is FREE to orders above $250 Shipments typically take 5-7 business days for delivery when the purchase is processed. Due to Covid-19, disruption, please anticipate delays.
EXPRESS US SHIPPING:
Express shipping to the US is a $35 flat rate or estimate calculated at checkout.

In cases of purchase exchanges, we will refund you via wallet credit, which you may utilize for your next purchase.
In the event you prefer to be refunded by different means, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat here or drop us an email to us, and we will try our best to assist you.
Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged if returned in 21 days for local orders, whereas 30 days for international orders from receipt of goods. If an item is returned past the refundable date, we will assess on a case-to-case basis.
We are not responsible for return postage; this is the customer’s expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail; any return items not received by us will have no refund issued. Furthermore, we will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Coffee machines, coffee recipes, Coffee Pods, and Coffee Capsules, Garment, and shoes must not be worn, damaged, or soiled in any way. We reserve the right to deny the return if merchandise is not in original condition.
Once the returned item is received , please allow 5 business days for a refund to be issued by US. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account that the merchandise was purchased.
You will be notified, through your e-mail provided for your account, when the refund is being processed.
NOTE: Please offer free and easy returns within 30 days after delivery! All products must be not damaged or be in their original form/condition no Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items such as coffee beans, any other form of coffee, and groceries will not be exchanged or refunded.
